摘要
【目的】建立同时测定金黄膏中盐酸小檗碱、巴马丁含量的方法。【方法】采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Apollo C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(二元梯度洗脱),检测波长为346nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为30℃。【结果】盐酸小檗碱和巴马丁的进样量分别在0.00725-0.145μg,0.0055-0.110μg范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为98.8%和100.9%。【结论】该方法操作简便、重现性好,适用于金黄膏中巴马丁和盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。
[Objective] To establish a method for simultaneous determination of berberine and palmatine in linhuang cream. [Methods] A HPLC method was performed on Apollo CIS (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 1 % phosphoric acid (gradient elution )with the detection wavelengh at 346 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mUmin and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. [Results] The content of berberine hydrochloride in the range of 0.00725-0.145 μg and the content of palmatine in the range of 0.005 5- 0.110 μg had good linear relationships with the area of eluted peak, and the recovery rate (the average recoveries) was 98.8% and 100.9% respectively. [Conclusion] This method is simple and repeatable, and is suitable for the content determination of berberine and palmatine in Iinhuang cream.
