摘要
目的探讨刺梨原汁对不同时期的实验性高血脂小鼠模型的降血脂。方法雄性C57小鼠40只,按照建立高脂模型小鼠的时间90 d(以3M组表示)和180 d(以6M组表示),随机分为两个大组,每组再各分为正常对照组,高脂模型组,阳性药物组和刺梨组,共8个小组,每组5只。高脂模型组、阳性药物组和刺梨组在给予90 d和180 d的高胆固醇饲料后,分别灌胃生理盐水,100 mg/kg血脂康胶囊和25%浓度的刺梨汁。各组均灌胃40 d。比较不同组别小鼠的降血脂效果以及肝脏的形态学差异。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组的ALT,AST,CHOL和TG升高,HDL下降(P<0.05);与模型组比较:6M和3M血脂康组的ALT,AST,CHOL和TG均较模型组降低,HDL下降(P<0.05),6M和3M刺梨组的ALT,AST和TG均较模型组降低(P<0.05);不同时期的高脂模型组比较:3M模型组的ALT,AST,GLU和TG均较6M组的值低(P<0.05);不同时期血脂康组比较:其CHOL,TG,HDL均有差别(P<0.05);不同时期的刺梨组比较:其CHOL和HDL值存在差别(P<0.05)。结论刺梨原汁有较好的降血脂作用,不同时期的降血脂效果存在差异。
Objective To investigate the antilipidemic effect of Rosa Roxburghii Juice (RRTJ) in experimental hyperlipidemia model mice. Methods Fourty adult C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into two groups (3M group and 6M group) ,high fat diet (90d and 180d) were given. Then the two groups were divided into 8 groups (n=5) : control group (normal saline NS ), RRTJ group (25% concentration ), hyperlipidemia model group (normal saline NS ) and positive-drug group ( 100mg/kg xuezhikang casule). All mice were given drugs through intragastric administration for 40 days. TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C were determined by automatic biochemistry analyzer; Speetrophotometry was used to determine the AST and ALT in liver. The Antilipidemic effect of different groups was compared. Results Compared with the normal control group,the ALT, AST, CHOL and TG apparently increased in the model group (P〈 0. 05 ), and HDL-C apparently decreased (P〈0. 05). Compared with the model group,the ALT,AST,CHOL and TG significantly deceased (P 〈0.05) in the 3M and 6M xuezhikang groups, as well as 3M and 6M RRTJ groups; Meanwhile, there was significant difference of ALT, AST, GLU and TG between two different periods of model groups ; In addition, there was difference of CHOL and HDL between two different periods of the xuezhikang group, same as the RRTJ group. Conclusion The result showed that RRTJ possessed serum lipid reducing activity, while the serum lipid reducing effect was different at different periods.
