改进铬天青S分光光度法测定水中的总铝

Determination of Total Aluminum in Water by Modified Chrome Azurol S Spectrophotometry

摘要 采用硝酸热消解的方法将水中不溶性铝及其他化合态的铝转化为离子态铝,用NaOH调整pH至接近中性,以铬天青S分光光度法进行检测,从而测得水中总铝含量。应用该法检测自来水、聚氯化铝溶液等不同样品中的总铝含量结果良好,地表水中加标平均回收率为91.1%,检测相对标准偏差RSD为4.20%,精密度与准确度均较为满意,此法可在检测仪器受限制的条件下,通过常规的分光光度法对水中总铝进行较准确的分析。 The experiment adopts the method of HNO3 heat digestion to change insoluble aluminum and other combined state of aluminum into aluminumion. NaOH is used to adjust pH of water to near neutral. Chrome azurol S spectrophotometric testing is used to measure the total aluminum content in the water. The result of the total aluminum content in different samples, such as tap wa- ter, polyaluminium chloride solution is good. The average recovery of surface water is 91.1% with only 4.20% in the relative standard deviation and so this method is satisfactory in respect of its precision and accuracy, which can be used to correctly analyze the total aluminum in water through conventional spectrophotometry under limited conditions.
