摘要
我国大学生评教制度遭到教师和学生诟病的主要原因在于学生评教指标体系设计不合理。本文采用修订后的美国SIRⅡ量表进行问卷调查,发现影响学生评教结果的首要因素是学生的课程收获,第二项重要因素是学生的努力与投入。这一结论迥异于当前我国大学普遍实施的指标体系中对教师教学表现和教学行为的考量,却耦合了学生评价教师教学的内在逻辑。我国大学学生评教指标体系的设计应以学生的课程收获、学生的努力和投入为依据与标准。
The reason of the undergraduate evaluation of teaching effectiveness criticized by the faculty and students are the irrational design of our index systems. The revised version of SIR II was used to investigate the index of the impact on the result of the undergraduate evaluation of teaching effectiveness. The results show that the course outcomes significantly affect the result of the undergraduate evaluation of teaching effectiveness, and student effort and involvement is the second impact index. The result is contrary to the teaching administrator-oriented model, but consistent with the inner logic of the undergraduate evaluation of teaching effectiveness. The index design of the undergraduate evaluation of teaching effectiveness must be based on promoting student course outcomes and student effort and involvement.
