茶叶中联苯菊酯气相色谱质谱法的测定及其对小鼠毒性试验的结果 被引量:4

摘要 目的应用气相色谱质谱技术测定茶叶中联苯菊酯农药的含量,并对其进行毒理学试验。方法采用气质联用仪分析农药,用实验动物进行毒理试验。结果气质联用法相对标准偏差在3.52%-4.56%之间,回收率在80.40%~93.60%之间,线性相关系数为0.9988;10%联苯菊酯水乳剂对小鼠急性经口试验属中等毒性;小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验结果为阴性。结论气质联用法准确可靠,可应用于茶叶中联苯菊酯农药的测定;小鼠急性经口试验发现10%联苯菊酯水乳剂属于中等毒性。 [ Objective ] To determine the content of bifenthrin in tea by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, carry out the toxico- logic test. [ Methods] The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to determine the content of bifenthrin, and the toxicolog- ic tests were carried out with the experimental animals. [ Results] The relative standard deviations of this method were between 3.52% and 4.56%, the recoveries were 80.40% -93.60%, and the correlation coefficient was 0.998 8 ; 10%. The acute oral tox- icity test in mice showed that the 10% bifenthrinaqueous emulsion had the moderate toxicity. Both the results of mouse bone marrow micronucleus test and mouse teratospermia test were negative. [ Conclusion] The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is accurate and reliable, which can be used in the determination of bifenthrin in tea. The acute oral toxicity test in mice shows that 10% bifenthrin aqueous emulsion has the moderate toxicity.
