不同形态氮肥对铅污染土壤的调节 被引量:7

摘要 试验研究了Pb胁迫下不同氮肥形态和施用量对日本毛连菜吸收Pb的能力,土壤pH值及土壤中各种Pb形态的影响。结果表明:适量的氮肥可促进日本毛连菜对土壤中Pb的吸收;高Pb胁迫时,过量的铵态氮肥(≥400 mg/kg)对其有一定的抑制作用;适量的铵态氮肥(≤100 mg/kg)对日本毛连菜累积土壤中Pb的促进作用较硝态氮肥更明显,且更有利于Pb向日本毛连菜叶部转移。施用铵态氮肥时土壤pH值逐渐下降,土壤中Pb的活性逐渐升高;而施用硝态氮肥时土壤pH值变化不显著,但与对照相比,有上升的趋势,土壤中Pb活性逐渐降低。 The experiments were performed to investigate the effects of different nitrogen fetilizer forms (NH4 + - N and NO3 - - N) and application rates on Picris japonica Thunb. 's accumulation capacity for Pb, soil pH and different soil Pb forms. The results indi- cated that a moderate application rate of N fertilizer could be beneficial for P/cr/s japonica Thunb. 's uptake of Pb. Under high con- centration of Pb stress, the Pb content could be inhibited with an excessive NH4+ -N fertilizer ( i〉400 mg/kg). In contrast to the NO3 - - N fertilizer, the P/cr/s japonica Thunb. 's accumulation capacity for Pb was more obvious in a right amount of NH4 ~ - N fer- tilizer ( ~〈100 mg/kg), and the application of NH4 ~ -N fertilizer was more beneficial for transferring Pb to leaf. When NH4 ~ -N fertilizer was applied, the soil pH declined and the Pb activity of soil increased gradually. When NO3 - - N fertilizer was used, there was a rising trend of soil pH that was not significant, and soil Pb activity went down gradually.
