摘要
在经济全球化背景下,知识互动作为校企研发合作的直接动因,已成为知识经济时代企业获得核心竞争力的重要手段和创新战略。通过梳理国内外校企研发合作知识互动相关研究,介绍知识管理的发展,分析校企研发合作中知识互动的研究情况,总结文化因素在其中所发挥的重要作用。最后,指出现有研究存在的问题和未来的研究方向。
With the rapid development of economic globalization, university-industry knowledge interaction has become a key strategy for firms to gain global competitiveness in the era of knowledge economy, which is regarded as a direct reason for the R&D collaboration between MNCs and universities. Based on the previous literatures and research, our study here first introduces the transition of knowledge management and the research status of U-I knowledge interaction. Then it summarizes the role and impact of cultural factors in U-I collaboration. At the end of the paper, limitations in the research area are identified, and key issues and directions for future research are suggested.
