摘要
选取西安体育学院附属竞技体校的部分蹦床运动员进行分组实验,将参与制定的专项性下肢力量训练与没有参与专项性下肢力量训练的小组进行下肢力量的对比,并就所得数据进行分析。结果表明:按计划制定的专项性下肢训练对于运动员的下肢力量的提高有显著帮助,配合其它锻炼方式可以达到最优效果。
Select the part of trampoline athletes of Xi'an physical education university affiliated school of competitive sports of the experiments in groups, will participate in the formulation of specific comparative lower limb strength training and did not participate in the special strength training group strength of lower limbs, and the data analysis. The results showed that: there was a significant help to improve the planned special lower extremity training for athletes, strength of lower limbs, and other forms of exercise can achieve the best effect.
