棉花抗黄萎病转基因育种研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 棉花(Gossypium hirsutum L.)黄萎病是棉花生长过程中最具毁灭性的病害之一。国内外研究者运用各种育种手段培育出抗病品种,取得了一定的进展,但仍无应用于生产实践的高抗黄萎病陆地棉品种。分析了抗病育种工作中存在的问题,综述了棉花抗黄萎病在转基因育种方面的研究进展,指出了利用转基因技术培育棉花抗病品种是目前防治黄萎病最有效而可行的方法。 Cotton verticillium wilt is one of the most destructive disease for cotton.Researchers have used many new diseaseresistance varieties by various breeding ways although there was lack of varieties with high disease-resistantce in cotton production.The problems in anti-verticillium breeding and progress of resistance to Verticillium wilt in transgenic cotton were reviewed.The most effective and feasible method to control verticillium wilt is planting disease-resistant varieties of cotton by transgenic technology at present.
