摘要
将贵州省天柱县、威宁县、开阳县的土壤同置于开阳县,以田间试验的方式,研究相同气候下不同植烟土壤生物活性及养分含量的动态变化.结果表明:烟株移栽后30 ~ 75 d,天柱粉壤细菌数量表现为递增的态势,真菌、放线菌数量先增后减再增,过氧化氢活性先升后降再升,脲酶活性先升后降,磷酸酶活性持续低水平.威宁砂壤细菌、真菌数量呈现先增后减的趋势,放线菌数量先增后减再增,过氧化氢活性先升后降,脲酶活性先平稳后降再升,磷酸酶活性先低水平后急剧上升.开阳壤黏土细菌、真菌数量呈现先增后减的趋势,放线菌数量先增后减再增,过氧化氢活性持续高水平,脲酶活性先平稳后降再升,磷酸酶活性先降后升再降.威宁砂壤有效磷含量最高,碱解氮和有效钾含量最低.开阳壤黏土过氧化氢、脲酶及磷酸酶活性均最大,有效钾含量最高.初步研究表明,在烟株生长发育周期内,相同气候下,不同植烟土壤的微生物数量、酶活性动态变化差异较大,进而影响其养分的转化.
In order to study dynamic change of biological activity and nutrient content in different to- bacco planting soil in the same climate, Yunyan 85 was planted in soil from Tianzhu, Weining, and Kaiyang Counties in Guizhou Province under the same cultivated pattern in Kaiyang climate at field ex- periment. The results showed that the amount of bacteria in silty loam from Tianzhu rose gradually from 60 days to 75 days after transplanting, its amount of fungi and actinomycetes decreased after increasing and increased again, its hydrogen peroxidase activity decreased after increasing and increased again at the end, its urease activity decreased after increasing, its phosphatase activity stabilized at very low level. The amount of bacteria and fungi in sandy loam from Weining, descent after rising, its amount of actinomycetes decreased after increasing and increased again, its hydrogen peroxidase activity de- creased after increasing, its urease activity stabilized from 30 days to 45 days after transplanting, thenbegan to decrease, which reached the minimum at 60 days after transplanting, its phosphatase activity stabilized at very low level from 30 days to 60 days after transplanting, then began to increase sharply. The amount of bacteria and fungi in loam clay from Kaiyang descent after rising, its amount of actino- mycetes decreased after increasing and increased again, its hydrogen peroxidase activity stabilized at high level, its urease activity stabilized from 30 days to 45 days after transplanting, then begun to de- crease, which reached the minimum at 60 days after transplanting, its phosphatase activity increased after decreasing and decreased again at the end. In sandy loam from Weining, the content of available phosphate was highest, but available nitrogen and available potassium was the lowest. In clay soil from Kaiyang, the activity of catalase, urease and phosphatase and the content of available potassium were highest. The preliminary study found that dynamic change of biological activity and nutrient content in different tobacco planting soil in the same climate was different significantly, furthermore, which could influence nutrient transformation.
