摘要
采用乙醇浸提法对飞扬草多酚进行提取,并开展了飞扬草多酚对羟基自由基抑制活性的研究。本文分析了乙醇体积分数、温度、时间、料液比对多酚提取的影响,并通过正交实验进行了优化。确定出最佳参数为:50%乙醇,浸提温度60℃,时间2.5 h,料液比1∶30。在此条件下浸提,多酚质量分数可达31.331 mg/g。抗氧化性研究表明,飞扬草提取液能清除·OH自由基,在多酚质量浓度为3.759 mg/mL时,清除率约为50%,说明清除能力较强,这为飞扬草药用开发和利用奠定了理论基础。
Aiming to extract total quantity polyphenol from Euphorbia hirta Linn, its property of re- sistance to hydroxyl free radical was studied. We discussed the method of extracting total quantity of polyphenol and the effect of concentration of ethanol, temperature, time and ratio of material to liquid. Meanwhile, the optimal condition for extraction was chosen after completing orthogonal analysis. The optimal parameters were 50% ethanol as extractant, temperature on 60℃, extraction time by 2.5 h, ratio of material to liquid on 1:30. In this case, the rate of extraction can reach up to 31. 331 mg/g. It is proved that E. hirta Linn has strong antioxidative effect.
