摘要
根据新经济增长理论对人力资本重要性的认识,采用灰色关联分析方法,以某石油企业发展相关数据为样本,探究石油行业中人力资本投资与企业经济发展的相关性。结果表明:提升性人力资本投资(职业教育、技术培训、专业训练等)和保障性人力资本投资(医疗卫生保健、各种福利等)都与石油企业发展存在较强的关联度,分别为0.6166和0.6154。结论:石油企业发展与人力资本投资存在直接相关性,石油企业人力资本投资对石油企业发展具有积极的促进作用。建议:石油企业发展要从偏重物质资本投资转入注重人力资本投资的发展轨道上来,以利于提升石油企业以及石油产业发展质量。
The paper explores the correlation between human capital investment in the oil industry and the economic development of enterprises, based on the recognition of the importance of the new economic growth theory to human capital, using grey correlation analysis method, and taking the relevant data of some oil enterprise development as samples. The results show that the promotion-oriented human capital investment (voca- tional education and technical training, professional training, etc. ) and protection-oriented human capital in- vestment ( medical and health care, benefits, etc. ) are strongly correlated with development of petroleum en- terprises, with correlation degree at 0.6166 and o. 6154 respectively. Conclusion: there is a direct correlation be- tween the development of oil companies and human capital investment, and the human capital investment of petroleum enterprises has a positive role in promoting their development. Suggestion: oil enterprises' development should shift their priority from physical capital investment to the development of the human capital investmerit so as to improve oil enterprises and their quality development.
