摘要
针对华能国际电力股份有限公司上安电厂MPS89K磨煤机存在的问题,提出将MPS89K磨煤机静止分离器改造为动态分离器的方案,介绍动态分离器的工作原理,分析改造效果,认为磨煤机分离器的改造可以提高磨煤机运行经济性和锅炉燃烧热效率,减少SO2和NOx等废气的排放量。
Aiming at the problems of MPS89K coal grinding machine static separator in Huaneng Power International Inc . Shang′an Power Plant ,this paper puts forward specific solu-tions of changing the dynamic separator instead of the static separator ,including the working principle of the dynamic separator ,the effects and the problems after transforming . The paper believes that transformation mill separator into dynamic separator ,not only can improve the grinding opera-tion mode of coal machine and the boiler thermal efficiency , but also can achieve the purpose of protecting environment , by reducing SO2 and NO x emission .
