摘要
通过对市售氯乙烯单体杂质的分析,建立了气相色谱与质谱联用技术分析氯乙烯单体中组分的方法,利用自行设计的脱水和提纯装置对市售氯乙烯单体进行纯化,获得纯度99.95%以上的高纯氯乙烯气体,为制备氯乙烯标物夯实基础。该纯化装置及方法简便可靠,为实验室纯化有毒有害气体、制备标准物质开辟了新的途径。
In this paper, the establishment of a kind of gas chromatography and mass spectrometry analysis method of vinyl chloride monomer component in the first through the impure vinyl chloride monomer available in commercially by analysed; secondly, the vinyl chloride monomer was purified through the self-designed dewatering and purification device, and the pu- rity of vinyl chloride monomer is more than 99. 95%. The highly purified chlorine ethylene gas is the for the basement of prepared the standard material of vinyl chloride. The purification device and the analysis method are convenient and reliable for the laboratory to purify and prepare standard substance about toxic and harmful gases, and provide a new way.
