“品管圈”活动在降低新生儿留置胃管意外脱管中的效果分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨"品管圈"活动在新生儿留置胃管意外脱管中的作用。方法:成立品管圈小组,严格按照PDCA的步骤,通过确立活动主题,拟定活动计划,把握现况,设定目标,分析原因,进行对策的拟定实施及检讨等程序,开展"品管圈"活动。结果:新生儿留置胃管意外脱管率由改善前的82.50%降至改善后的21.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,活动后每个患儿在胃管使用方面成本节约了3.36元。结论:"品管圈"活动能有效降低新生儿留置胃管的意外脱管率,减轻患儿痛苦,并能有效节约成本,避免浪费。 Objective :To explore the effects of quality control circle (QCC) activities in the unplanned extubation of neonatal gastric tube. Methods : A QCC work group was set up. Group member carried out the activities according to procedure of P - D - C - A. The phrases of the activities were composed of de- termining the subject, drawing up a plan, grasping existing circumstances, setting target, analyzing reasons, planning of game and so on. Results :The inci- dence rate of the unplanned extubation of neonatal gastric tube decreased from 82.50% to 21.43% after intervention. There was statistically significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Additional, there was cost savings of 3.36 yuan RMB for the neonate using neonatal gastric tubes. Conclusion : The application of QCC activities can effectively decrease the incidence rate of the unplanned extubation of neonatal gastric tube, alleviate the suffering of patients, save cost.
