摘要
采用乙烯利处理的方法对采收季节后期无法自然成熟的罗汉果苦果进行采后处理研究,以实现对罗汉果苦果废物利用.采摘20、30、40d果龄的罗汉果,进行温度、乙烯利用量、放置时间对罗汉果催熟的影响试验,结果表明,罗汉果苦果催熟的最佳条件为:30日龄以上的罗汉果、0.1% ~0.2%乙烯利浸泡2min、室温15℃以上放置2~4周,70%的果实在试验结束时表现出全面成熟.说明使用乙烯利催熟罗汉果苦果的方法是可行的.
In order to deal with the bitter Luo Han Guo fruit which can not naturally mature in the late harvest season,an ethephon ripening method was developed.20,30 and 40May-old fruits were tested to determine the best accelerate ripening conditions which was as follows:over 30-day-old Luo Han Guo fruit,soaking in 0.1%-0.2 % ethephon solution for 2 minutes,and above 15 oC room temperature for 2-4 weeks.At the end of the test,70 % of the fruit were fully mature,which showed that this ethephon ripening method was feasible.
