摘要
张仲景《伤寒杂病论》的经方,虽然年代久远,但长期以来一直为专家学者所重视,为临床上所应用,是治疗疑难杂病的良方妙药。尤其是用于治疗支气管哮喘、慢性溃疡性结肠炎、慢性胆囊炎急性发作、以及偏头痛时往往有意想不到的临床疗效。在临床上具体应用时,既要充分注意现代医学与中医辨证论治相结合的重要性,又要注意掌握疾病发展变化的规律性,紧扣病症而准确地处方用药。文章通过运用经方治愈4例杂病验案可清晰地看到,治疗疑难杂病必须以辨证为主,分清寒热虚实,即使病情复杂多变,也可循序渐进,得心应手。笔者以经方随证加减,应用于临床,疗效显著。
The age-old classical prescriptions of Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases by ZHANG Zhong- jing have long been valued by experts and scholars, as applied clinically, which are the best medicines for difficult miscellaneous diseases. Especially when treating the bronchial asthma, chronic ulcerative colitis, acute exacerbation of chronic cholecystitis, and migraine, there is an extraordinary effect. In the specific application, it is necessary to give full attention not only to the diagnosis and treatment of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine combined with diagnosis, but also the developments and changes in the regularity of the disease, in order to use drugs accurately. Through the use by the parties to cure miscellaneous diseases four cases can be clearly seen, the treatment must be based on dialectical miscellaneous diseases mainly to distinguish between cold and heat, even if the complex disease can also be gradual, handy. Author used the classical prescription addition and subtraction in clinical with significant effect.
