黄连阿胶汤不同煎煮方法对慢性咽炎大鼠的影响 被引量:9

Effects of different decoction methods of Huanglian Ejiao Decoction on rat model with chronic pharyngitis

摘要 目的:研究黄连阿胶汤不同煎煮方法对慢性咽炎大鼠作用的差异。方法:48只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性组、传统煎煮组、机械常压组及机械高压组,每组8只。阴虚型慢性咽炎模型选用甲状腺片和氨水联合造模,采用酶免法测定三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)含量,同时测定各实验组动物全血黏度、血浆黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞刚性、红细胞聚集指数等指标。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠T3、T4、TNF-α、VEGF含量升高,具有显著性差异(P<0.01);不同煎煮组之间各项指标均无显著性差异。结论:黄连阿胶汤对慢性咽炎大鼠具有显著疗效;不同煎煮方法黄连阿胶汤没有明显差异。 Objective: To study the effects of different decoction methods of Huanglian Ejiao Decoction on rat model with chronic pharyngitis. Methods: 48 SD rats were divided into blank control group, model group of chronic pharyngitis, the Qingyan tablet group, mechanical atmospheric pressure group, mechanical high-pressure group, 8 in each group. The rat model was established by thyroxine and ammonia. Contents of T3, T4, TNF-α and VEGF were measured by ELISA. The whole blood and plasma viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte rigidity, erythrocyte aggregation index were chosen as effect values. Results: Compared with blank group, contents of T3, T4, TNF-α and VEGF were higher in chronic pharyngitis group (P〈0.01). Traditional decoction group, mechanical atmospheric pressure group and mechanical high-pressure group had no significant difference. Conclusion: Huanglian Ejiao Decoction is effective to chronic pharyngitis; and different decoction methods have no significant difference.
