应用综合模拟人实习教学培养诊断思维的实证研究 被引量:22

摘要 选择湘雅医学院2007级临床医学专业五年制实习医生,在实习前采取知情同意和随机抽样的原则,抽取对照组实习医生35人,按传统方式实习(真实环境下的临床实践教学),实验组实习医生35人,接受传统床旁实习教学方式、SimMan 3G模拟人和ECS综合模拟人训练有机结合形成新型实习教学模式,并检测其效果。研究发现,实验组实习医生在临床诊断思维上的得分显著高于对照组。故应用SimMan 3G和ECS综合模拟人实习教学能有效提高临床医学实习医生的临床诊断思维能力。 70 students from Xiangya Medical College of 2007 grade in five-years clinical specialties were randomly divided into two groups, 35 students was taken with traditional method as control group, another 35 students as experimental group with a new practice teaching mode including SimMan 3G simulation and ECS comprehensive simulation training besides the traditional practice. This study concluded the experimental group of interns got significantly higher scores in clinical diagnostic thinking than those from the control group. Therefore, the thinking ability of the clinical diagnosis can effectively improve with SimMan 3G, and ECS comprehensive simulation practice.
