摘要
本文从系统观点出发,充分考虑线路种类、机型、机车制造能力和维修能力、专业化水平等对机车供需矛盾的影响,特别是我国1988年底停产蒸汽机车之后可能对机车工业的冲击,应用系统动力学与计量经济学相结合的方法,提出了我国当前至2000年机车发展的战略设想和铁路牵引动力发展的技术政策。
In this paper, from a systematic point of view, by applying the method of combining system dynamics and econometrics, we present the strategtic plan for developping our coun- try's locomotives from now to the year of 2000, and the technological policy for the deve- Iopment of railway drawing power.Here we also fully consider the influences to the supp- ly and demand controdiction of locomotives by various railway track, various locomotives, locomotive manufactoring capacity, maintenance capacity and professional level, and we espe- cially consider the influenece to locomotive industry when strcam locomotive stop produc- tion in late 1988.
