口腔癌三维适形放疗中矫形器的制作和应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过制作佩戴口腔矫形器进一步减少口腔癌三维适形放疗中周围正常组织的损伤。方法:进行三维适形放疗的口腔癌患者34例,分别使用自凝塑胶制作口腔矫形器,隔开肿瘤病灶与周围正常组织结构至少10mm,然后进行三维适形放疗的计划和治疗。结果:所有患者均能顺利佩戴口腔矫形器进行放疗,28例患者按计划完成放疗,放疗过程中损伤减少。结论:口腔矫形器的厚度以10~15mm较为适宜,自凝塑胶材料本身与软组织对射线的影响接近,对放疗结果不会造成明显的影响。 Objective: To minimize the radio damage of the adjacent tissues of target organs in three--dimensional conformal radiation therapy(3D--CRT)in oral cancer. Methods: A total of thirty--four patients who suffered from oral cancer and had undergone three--dimensional conformal radiotherapy were collected in the study. According to the target organ an individualized bite block system of resin was fabricated respectively, at least a 10mm space was created between the target organs and the adjacent tissues. 3D--CRT was planned and completed in the condition of individualized bite block system applied. Results: Twenty--eight of the thirty--four patients had undergone the radiotherapy as planned. A decreased injury was observed in the adjacent tissues of target organ. Conclusion: The study had evidenced that the individualized bite block system which created a space of 10--15mm between the target organs and the adjacent tissues could reduce the dose of normal tissue adjacent to the target area. The methyl methacrylate was similar to the soft tissue in means of rays penetrating, and could be used as an ideal material for the individualized bite block system.
