前置透明帽的胃镜在ERCP插管困难的毕Ⅱ式术后患者中的应用 被引量：6

摘要 胃毕Ⅱ式术后的患者，因解剖结构的改变，采用十二指肠镜行ERCP操作难度较大。采用前视内镜进行插管则可降低ERCP的难度，尤其是采用前置透明帽的胃镜使ERCP操作更加容易完成。本文中我们对用前置透明帽的胃镜行ERCP的2例病例进行了报道。
