高血压患者健康教育12个月后的效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析和评价对高血压患者实施12个月健康教育干预后的临床治疗效果。方法选择2011年5月~2013年10月期间在我院进行治疗的高血压患者154例,按照就诊时间将他们分成对照组和观察组,每组各有77例患者。对照组患者采取常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上实施健康教育干预,并统计、比较和分析12个月后两组患者的临床治疗情况和效果。结果统计学分析显示,经过治疗,两组患者的血压值较治疗前均有所下降,但对照组的下降不明显(P>0.05),观察组的下降明显(P<0.05),且观察组的血压值明显低于对照组,组间比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者的临床疗效(93.51%)明显优于对照组患者(64.94%),组间比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育干预对高血压的治疗效果明显,是一种有效、理想、安全的临床护理干预治疗措施。 Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of hypertension patients with health education intervention for 12 months. Methods 154 cases with hypertension in our hospital from May 2011 to October 2013 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the treatment time,each group had 77 cases.The patients in the control group were treated by conventional treatment,the patients in the observation group were treated by conventional treatment and health education intervention. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after 12 months were counted,compared and analyzed. Results Statistical analysis showed that,after treatment,the blood pressure values of the two group both decreased compared with before treatment,but it was not obvious in the control group(P > 0.05),it was obvious in the observation group(P < 0.05),and the blood pressure values of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, there had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of the observation group(93.51%) was better than the control group(64.94%),there had significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment efficacy is obvious of health education intervention in the treatment of hypertension,it is an effective,ideal and safe intervention measure in clinical.
