绝经早期妇女小剂量利维爱治疗对靶器官的影响 被引量:10

Effect of small-dose Livial on the target organ of early menopausal women

摘要 目的探讨绝经早期妇女小剂量利维爱治疗对靶器官的影响。方法采用随机开放的方法,以132例绝经后妇女作为研究对象,给予利维爱1.25mg/次,1次/d,分别于利维爱服用前、服用后1年超声测量观察子宫体积、内膜厚度、卵巢面积及乳腺结构的变化,并与对照组进行比较。结果服用利维爱1年后子宫体积与未服用前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但较对照组萎缩程度小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);子宫内膜厚度、卵巢面积大小与治疗前及对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组双侧腺体层较厚,乳腺导管直径较小,但与治疗前及对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量利维爱有可能减缓绝经早期子宫的萎缩程度,对内膜厚度、卵巢面积及乳腺体层厚度、乳腺导管直径未产生明显影响,远期作用需要长期随访观察。 Objective To explore the effects of small-dose Livial treatment on the target organ of early menopausal women. Methods Random opening method was used. Totally 132 postmenopausal women were selected as the study group and were given Livial 1.25 mg/d once a day. The uterus volume, endometrial thickness, ovarian area and breast structure of the subjects were observed with ultrasonic measurement both before and 1 year after administration of Livial. They were compared with those in the control group. Results The difference in uterus volume before and after administration of Livial was not significant (P^0.05); the degree of atrophy was mild compared with that in the control group (P ~ 0.05). There were no significant differences in endometrial thickness and ovarian area between the study group and the control group and between study group before and after administration of Livial (P^0.05). The glandular layer was thicker and mammary duct diameter was shorter in the study group, but the two groups did not significantly differ (P ~〉 0. 〈35). Conclusion Postmenopausal administration of small-dose Livial may decrease the degree of uterus atrophy, but does not have obvious effects on endometrial thickness, ovarian area, thickness of glandular layer or mammary duct diameter. The long-term effect needs to be followed up for a long time.
