冶炼废水双膜法处理及回用工艺设计及运行 被引量:2

Design and Operation of Dual Membrane Process in Smelting Wastewater Treatment and Reuse

摘要 针对冶炼废水高TDS、高重金属离子、高硫酸根离子、高氯离子、低COD等特点,采用絮凝沉淀、多介质过滤器、超滤、反渗透工艺进行处理并回用于冶炼生产工艺。运行结果表明,系统对重金属离子去除效果较好,盐分去除率稳定在95%以上,出水回用率达82.5%。 Based on the characteristics of smelting wastewater such as high TDS, high heavy metal ions, high sulfate ion, high chlorine ion and low COD, a combined process of flocculation sedimentation, multi-media filter, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis was used and the treated wastewater was reused in smelting process. The running results showed that the heavy metal ions were effectively removed, the salt removal rate was more than 95%, and the reuse rate of treated wastewater was 82.5%.
