摘要
目的:系统评价百令胶囊治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效。方法:计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase、中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库和维普数据库,收集百令胶囊治疗稳定期COPD的随机对照试验(RCT),对入选文献进行质量评价,采用Rev Man 5.2统计软件对提取数据进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入6项RCT,共588例患者。Meta分析结果显示,百令胶囊能改善稳定期COPD患者第一秒用力呼气容积[MD=0.14,95%CI(0.04,0.25),P=0.006]、动脉血氧分压[MD=3.59,95%CI(1.50,5.68),P=0.001]、动脉二氧化碳分压[MD=-2.38,95%CI(-4.12,-0.63),P=0.008]和6 min步行距离[MD=49.59,95%CI(32.29,66.89),P<0.000],差异均具有统计学意义。结论:百令胶囊可以改善稳定期COPD患者的动脉血气指标、肺功能指标和运动耐量水平。因本文纳入研究较少,质量不高,此结论还需要更多大规模、高质量的RCT证实。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Bailing capsule for stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). METHODS: Retrieved from Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMbase, CNKI, CBM, Wanfang database and VIP database, RCTs about Bailing capsule in the treatment of stable COPD were included; the quality of selected literatures was evaluated and Meta-analysis was conducted using Rev Man 5.2 software. RESULTS: A total of 6 studies were included, involving 588 patients. Meta-analysis demonstrated that Bailing capsule could improve FEVI [MD=0.14, 95%CI (0.04,0.25), P=0.006], Pbt(O2) [MD=3.59, 95%Cr (1.50,5.68), P=0.001], Pbt(C02) [MD= -2.38, 95%Cr( -4.12, -0.63), P=0.008] and 6-min walking distance [MD=49.59, 95% CI (32.29, 66.89), P〈0.000] in patients with stable COPD; there were statistically differences. CONCLUSIONS: Bailing capsule could improve arterial blood gas index, pulmonary function index and exercise tolerance in patients with stable COPD; but more large-scale and high-quality RCTs are required due to few and low quality included studies.
