摘要
介绍了气动测量中卷吸背压式气动传感器的工作原理。分析了影响气动测量精度的主要误差因素,并通过相应的措施对误差给予补偿,提高了气动测量的精度和灵敏度。研究结果为气动测量采用卷吸背压式传感器进行尺寸测量提供了理论和试验依据。
The working principle of the entrainment backpressure pneumatic sensor is presented.The main error factors in affecting the accuracy and sensitivity of the pneumatic measurement are analyzed.The results can provide a theoretical and experimental guide for using the entrainment backpressure pneumatic sensor to the dimensional measurement.
