冠向复位瓣结合结缔组织移植治疗牙龈退缩的临床疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨治疗牙龈退缩的方法。方法选择牙龈退缩分度MillerⅠ、Ⅱ度患者26例,采取同一患者口内两病区对照设计,其中一病区行CAF+CTG,另一病区采用CAF+CTG加盐酸米诺环素作根面处理治疗。术前行正中颊侧位点牙龈退缩的深度(Rec)、正中颊侧位点探诊深度(PD)、角化组织宽度(KT)、牙体敏感(DH)测量,术后0.5、1年复诊再次测量以上指标。结果 CAF+CTG法治疗48颗患牙术后1年达到完全根面覆盖的有30颗牙(62%);CAF+CTG+盐酸米诺环素治疗51颗患牙1年后达到完全根面覆盖的有31颗牙(61%),两种方法术前、术后测量值Rec、PD、KT均有明显变化(P<0.05);但两种方法术后各变量相互比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CAF+CTG手术治疗牙龈退缩可以达到完全覆盖牙龈退缩缺损、覆盖组织,并与邻近软组织理想结合的目标,术中是否使用盐酸米诺环素作为根面处理剂对手术结果无显著差异。
