摘要
目的：探讨唐山市出院后精神分裂症患者生存质量情况，分析影响因素；为制定相关决策提供科学依据。方法选取唐山市某精神病院20～55岁符合入选标准的治疗痊愈出院后复诊的精神分裂症患者215例，采用自行设计的一般情况及社会回归量表进行调查，并采用世界卫生组织生存质量简表中文版及阳性症状与阴性症状量表进行评估。结果精神分裂症患者生存质量各领域得分较低。精神分裂症患者生存质量的生理领域、心理领域、社会关系3个领域评分均低于我国常模，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。社会回归和残存阴性症状影响患者的生存质量。结论应重视精神分裂症患者的社会回归和残存阴性症状的治疗，促进生存质量的提高。
Objective To investigate the circumstances and factors of quality of life in patients with schizo-phrenia after discharge in Tangshan ,which provide a scientific basis for the development of relevant policy deci-sion .Methods Investigations were carried out for 215 schizophrenia referral patients aged 20 to 55 years ,who were discharged of one psychiatric hospital in Tangshan and met the inclusion criteria using self-designed scale ,so-cial regression scale ,World Health Organization Quality of Life Summary Table in Chinese and its Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） for evaluation .Results The scores of life quality in patients with schizophre-nia in all areas are lower ,which were less than 60 .The scores of physiological ,mental and social relations areas on life quality in patients with schizophrenia were lower than our norm ,and there were statistically significant （P＆lt;0.01） .Social return and residual negative symptoms affect the life quality of patients .Conclusion To im-prove the quality of life ,we should pay attention to the social return and residual negative symptoms treatment of schizophrenia patients .
