摘要
为实现汽车手动变速箱换挡操纵性能的客观评价,设计了自动化专用试验测试台架。结合适配某型号微型客车的轻微型手动变速器,设计了台架总体结构和远程自动换挡机械手,基于LabVIEW搭建了自动化测控系统,利用数据采集卡和运动控制卡实现了变频器控制、步进电机控制以及对试验过程信号的高速采集,有效提高了最大换挡力和换挡角度的测试效率和精度,提升了手动变速箱换挡操纵性能评价的客观性。该测试系统使用方便、可靠,测量数据精度高,运行稳定。
In order to realize the objective evaluation for the performance of vehicle manual transmission shift control, a special automatic test bench was designed. Based on a type of mini-vehicle manual transmission which is used on the mini- bus. the overall structure and remote automatic shift mechanism were designed. Through DAQ card and movement control card, an automatic test system based on LabVIEW was built, the frequency changer control, the stepping motor control and high speed signal acquisition improved the testing efficiency and accuracy for shifting and shifting angle, upgrading the objective evaluation of shifting performance of manual transmission. The operation of shift control system is simple and reliable, the measurement is accurate and stable.
