摘要
为了提高贾鲁河水系抵御暴雨的能力,将最大流理论应用到水网体系构建中,在水系网络现有允许流量条件下,借助MATLAB计算了网络入口到出口容许增加的最大流量,同时与预估进入网络入口的暴雨流量进行了比较,并运用最大流与最小割定理找出了关键线路。结果表明:对魏河入贾鲁河河段、东风渠入七里河段、十七里河、十八里河、潮河河段进行治理,可以提高整个贾鲁河水系的泄量。
In order to increase the capacity of urban ecological water networks to withstand extreme rainstorms and on the basis of the maximum net-work flow theory of operational research,it used mathematical software MATLAB in the water network allows conditions and calculated how to in-crease water network portals to exports in an allowed maximum flow. Simultaneously it compared the entry storm with forecast enter the network flow and used the maximum flow and minimum cut theorem identifying critical path to decide which channel can enhance flood and discharge capacity of the entire water system network. The results show that to manage Weihe River into Jalu River,Dongfeng River into Qilihe River,Shiqilihe River, Shibalihe River and Chaohe River can improve the discharge of the whole Jalu River system.
