摘要
目的:探讨PBL在妇产科临床见习中的可行性及意义。方法:将60名学生随机分为PBL组和SBL组,分别采用PBL和SBL进行妇产科见习带教,比较两组教学效果的差异。结果:对两组考核,PBL组在简答题、论述题的成绩均优于SBL组。对两组学生进行调查问卷,PBL组反应优于SBL组。结论:PBL较SBL教学具有明显的优越性,更适合妇产科临床见习带教。
Objective : To evaluate the feasibility of PBL in clinical probation of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods : Sixty students were randomly divided into two groups to receive PBL or SBL pedagogy in clinical teaching. Results: After the clinical probation, tests were used to evaluate the results. The scores of PBL group were obviously higher than those of the SBL group and the effect of PBL was bet- ter than that of the SBL group. Conclusions: PBL is suitable for clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.
