摘要
用氢氧化锌、甘油为原料制备了甘油锌,将其作为一种新型聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定助剂用于硬质发泡板材专用环保热稳定剂CZX-238中。采用热老化烘箱法、刚果红法和动态流变测试研究了甘油锌在PVC制品中的热稳定性能。研究了CZX-238做硬质白色发泡板材稳定剂的相关性能和使用情况。CZX-238完全能满足硬质白色PVC发泡板材的加工需求。
Zinc glyceroxide was prepared by zinc hydroxide and glycerin and then used as a novel PVC heat stabilizer in the environmental friendly stabilizer composites specially used for PVC expansion sheet which named CZX -238. Air oven aging test, Congo red test, torque rheometer test were employed to examine the sta- bility of PVC with adding zinc glyceroxide （glyzine）. The relative performances and application results of CZX -238 as which used in white PVC-U foam sheet were studied. The results show that CZX -238 can conform the needs of the processing of white PVC-U foam sheet
