摘要
目的通过考察医学毕业生面试中印象管理策略与心理控制源关系,为探索改善医院招聘工作提供借鉴。方法以262名医学毕业生为对象,采用印象管理策略量表和心理控制源量表进行问卷调查,运用相关分析等统计学方法进行分析。结果印象管理策略得分与内控性(r=0.187,P<0.05)、有势力的他人(r=0.109,P<0.05)、机遇(r=0.220,P<0.01)三个分量表得分均存在显著性正向相关。结论医院和考官应正确认识医学毕业生在面试中采取的印象管理策略及其反映的毕业生的个性和心理特征。
Objective By examining the correlation between impression management of job interview and locus of control among medical graduates, the basis would be provided on improving recruitment in hospital. Methods 262 medical graduates were select- ed, and Impression Management Questionnaire and Internal versus External Locus of Control Scale were used to survey. Results There was significant positive correlation between the scores in impression management and locus of control. Conclusion Impres- sion management and the relevant personality in job interview should be correctly spot.
