摘要
文章概述了协同创新的基本内涵,探讨了高校在协同创新中的角色定位,剖析了协同创新与高水平大学建设的内在逻辑,分析了我国高校协同创新取得的初步成效和存在的主要问题。目前我国高校协同创新存在的问题表现在,高校在协同创新中的作用还没有充分发挥,协同创新合作问题较为突出。针对这些问题本文提出了加强协同创新顶层设计、积极推进校企合作、建立协同创新联盟、大力整合科技产业资源等对策建议。
Hu Jintao made important speech on the one hundredth founding anniversary in Tsinghua university, stressing that colleges and universities in our country, especially research universities with research institutions and enterprises, should carry out the deep cooperation with research institutions and enterprises to promote collaborative innovation actively. It is the first time that the state puts forward new requirements of industry-university-research cooperation in terms of national strategy. Through an overview of the basic connotation of collaborative innovation, this paper explores the role of universities in collaborative innovation, and analyzes the inherent logic of collaborative innovation and the construction of high-level university. Then it points out the preliminary achievements and main problems in collaborative innovation in colleges and universities, and at last it proposes some suggestions： strengthening the top-level system design, promoting the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, and setting up cooperative innovation alliance, etc.
