摘要
文章介绍了胶轮车全液压制动系统的组成及工作原理,通过试验的方法对胶轮车全液压制动系统制动压力的动态特性进行了研究,分析了液压管路的长度对制动压力动态特性的影响。为掌握胶轮车不同工况对制动压力的影响规律,分别测试了胶轮车静止与行驶两种工况下制动压力的响应特性。结果表明,全液压制动系统能够很好的适用于胶轮车,制动压力响应迅速、灵敏,保证了胶轮车的制动性能,提高了胶轮车的安全性、可靠性。
The paper introduced the composition and working principle of the full hydraulic braking system applied for the rubber tire vehicle. A experiment method was applied to the study on the braking pressure dynamic features of the full hydraulic braking system applied to the rubber tire vehicle. The paper analyzed the length of the hydraulic pipeline affected to the dynamic features of the braking pressure. In order to master the braking pressure influence law by the different performances, the response features of the braking pressures under the static and driving performances of the rubber tire vehicle were individually measured and tested. The results showed that the full hydraulic braking system could be well suitable for the rubber tire vehicle. The response of the braking pressure was rapid and sensitive, could ensure the braking performances of the rubber tire vehicle and could improve the safety and reliability of the rubber tire vehicle.
