摘要
蓝莓采摘是通过采摘机械所产生的力迫使蓝莓树枝产生振动,从而实现蓝莓果实脱离蓝莓树枝的过程。本文实测蓝莓采摘所需的力的大小,建立蓝莓植株受迫振动模型,由此计算出采摘力。通过Matlab软件对其进行仿真分析,为设计采摘机械结构、确定采摘参数和采摘策略提供理论基础。
Blueberry is picked by the blueberry branches vibration generated by the blueberry machinery. The first step is to measure the size of the force of blueberry picking, and the second step is to establish the forced vibration model of blueberry plants and calculate the picking force by the model. The simulation analysis was conducted by Matlab, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the structure of the picking machinery, determination of picking parameters as well as picking strategies.
