瓯江唇全人工繁殖与胚胎发育研究 被引量:2

A Study on Artificial Propagation and Embryonic Development of Hemibarbus labeo in Oujiang River

摘要 2005-2012年对瓯江唇鱼骨的全人工繁殖进行研究,并对其胚胎发育时序及发育阶段进行详细的描述。结果如下:在人工养殖的条件下,对池塘养殖的瓯江唇鱼骨亲本进行注射混合催产激素,在水温17~22℃,效应时间为20~22 h,其催产率、受精率和孵化率为86.8%,71.4%和90.9%,瓯江唇鱼骨胚胎在18~20℃条件下,整个胚胎发育过程历时约88 h20 min,所需积温A=1678.33( h·℃)。研究为瓯江唇鱼骨的生产提供技术支持,为瓯江唇鱼骨的池塘养殖和人工增殖放流提供了充足的苗种,促进了瓯江唇鱼骨养殖产业的发展。 The artificial propagation of Hemibarbus labeo in Oujiang River was studied from 2005 to 2012.The developmental time and developmental stages were described in great detail form fertilization to hatching.The results indicated that female fish injected with hormone mixture could spawn easily at the ambi-ent temperature of 17-22 ℃and its effective time was 20-22 hours.The induced spawning rate,fertilization rate and hatching rate were 86.8%,71.4%and 90.9%,respectively.At the temperature 18-20 ℃,the de-velopmental time of embryo of Hemibarbus labeo in Oujiang River was 88 hours 20 minutes and the accumu-lated temperature was 1 678 .33 h · ℃.This study provides technical support for artificial propagation of Hemibarbus labeo in Oujiang River.It might provide sufficient fry and promote the culture of Hemibarbus labeo in Oujiang River.
