摘要
本实验用多级内标法 ,以相邻的正构烷烃为内标 ,对样品中的多种组分进行测定 ,消除被测峰前后 操作条件对其影响 ,提高测定准确度 .方法回收率在 99.5 % - 10 4.3 % 。
