摘要
总结了齿轨的型式及其适用范围,建立了147 mm五节距齿轨的三维模型,分析了其受力情况,并进行了强度分析。根据分析结构,提出了齿轨及定位方式的改进方案,再次进行强度分析,结果显示,齿轨受力分布得到改善,满足使用要求。
This paper introduces types and application scope of rack rail establishes the model of 147 mm pitch rack rail, analyses its force condition and strength, After this, put forward to the improvement scheme of rack rail and its location mode, analyses strength again, force condition is better, satisfies the use requirement.
