金雀异黄素壳聚糖纳米粒子的制备与释放性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以壳聚糖为壁材、聚乙二醇400为助溶剂,采用离子诱导法制备油溶性药物金雀异黄素纳米粒子,通过负染-电镜、傅里叶红外光谱、紫外-可见分光光度法等方法对该纳米粒子的形貌、组成、包裹率及载药率、体外释放性能进行测定。结果表明:根据优化工艺制备的该纳米粒子的粒径为200~300nm,包裹率和载药率分别为37.1%和9.3%;所获得的金雀异黄素纳米粒子对药物具有明显的缓释效果。
