摘要
为实现冲压模具设计的智能化,提出一种基于设计过程知识元的模具设计方法。该方法首先分析模具设计知识内涵,建立了冲压模具设计的领域本体,通过领域本体和规则对模具设计知识进行表达。在分析组件间关联关系的基础上,建立了组件关联矩阵,并定义了设计过程知识元。以设计过程知识元为驱动,对设计过程中的具体关联矩阵和推理规则进行匹配,完成了动态决策的设计过程。基于该方法开发了一种定子切边冲槽模具设计系统,通过设计实例验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
To achieve the intelligent stamping die design, a mold method based on knowledge-unit of design process was proposed. The mold design knowledge was analyzed, and the domain ontology of stamping die design was con- structed. Through the domain ontology and rules, the mold design knowledge was expressed. Based on the analysis of the relationship components, the components incidence matrix was established. In addition, the knowledge-unit of design process was defined and used as driver of design process. The dynamic decision process was finished through matching specific correlation matrix with inference rules. A design system of the stator trimming die was developed, and the result showed the correctness and validity of the proposed method.
