摘要
目的 探讨高血压患者使用加味越鞠丸联合贝那普利治疗后对其胰岛素抵抗及生活质量的影响.方法 对2011年7月～2013年7月来我院治疗的110例高血压患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析并分为对照组及观察组各55例,对照组口服贝那普利治疗,观察组使用加味越鞠丸联合贝那普利治疗.结果 治疗后两组血压与治疗前比较均出现明显降低（P＜0.05）;治疗后观察组空腹胰岛素及HOMA-IR明显低于治疗前（P＜0.05）;两组治疗后症状积分均明显低于治疗前（P＜0.05）,观察组临床症状治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）;治疗后两组SF-36量表评分均明显高于治疗前,观察组升高的幅度更大（P＜0.05）.结论 高血压患者采用加味越鞠丸联合贝那普利治疗能够使临床症状得到缓解,胰岛素抵抗得到明显改善,提高患者的生活质量.
Objective To investigate the impact on insulin resistance and the quality of life of hypertensive patients treated with benazepril combined with Yueju flavored pill. Methods The clinical data of 110 cases of high blood pres- sure selected from July 2011 to July 2013 in our hospital for treatment were retrospectively analyzed and all of them were divided into the observation group and the control group （n=55）. The control group was treated with benazepril, while the observation group was treated with benazepril and Yueju flavored pill. Results After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of two groups were apparent lower than before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the fasting insulin and HOMA-IR of the observation group was significantly lower than before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Symp- tom scores of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment （P 〈 0.05）; clinical symptoms total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）. The SF-36 scores were significantly higher than before treatment, the increased in the observation group was larger than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Con- clusion Hypertensive patients treated with benazepril combined with Yueju flavored pill can make the patient＇s clinical symptoms eased, significantly improve insulin resistance and patients＇ quality of life.
