摘要
优化老年服务机构护理人员队伍结构,提升专业化水平,对于推进我国社会养老服务体系建设,有效应对人口老龄化问题具有重要意义。本文通过对老年服务机构护理人员现状进行分析,提出相应对策,旨在进一步促进老年服务机构护理人员队伍建设。
Optimizing the structure of nursing staff team and enhancing the level of specialization in elderly service agencies is of great signiifcance to promote the construction of social pension service system in our country and to cope with aging population problems effectively. This article aims to further promote the construction of nursing staff team in elderly service agencies through analyzing the present situation and problems of nursing staff and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures.
