摘要
目的:建立符合我国国情的基础护理质量评价指标体系,为基础护理质量的评价提供依据。方法:运用德尔菲法对21名专家进行两轮函询,确定指标内容及各指标的权重系数。结果 :最终形成的指标体系包括3项一级指标、13项二级指标和44项三级指标。结论:专家函询结果可靠、专家意见一致性较好,本研究可为我国基础护理质量的评价提供科学、系统的工具。
Objective：To establish fundamental nursing quality evaluation index system suited to the current status in China, and to provide references for fundamental nursing quality evaluation. Methods：Delphi expert consultation method was used. The indexes and the weight of every index were determined by two rounds mailing consultation of 21 experts. Results：An evaluation index system including 3 ifrst-grade indexes, 13 second-grade indexes and 44 third-grade indexes was established for fundamental nursing quality evaluation system. ConclusionThe results of mailing consultation of experts were reliable. The consistency of expert＇ opinion was good. This study could provide a scientiifc and systematic fundamental nursing evaluation tool in China.
