摘要
介绍了圆柱凸轮机构的一种特殊应用形式,特殊在于多圈螺旋的圆柱凸轮,使多个滚子同时处于啮合状态,提高系统的刚度和承载能力.该传动件虽为超静定机构,但通过控制间隙(精度)和构件的弹性变形来实现连续传动.在传动设计合理的前提下将该机构应用于减速器行业,设计出无齿减速器.通过在工厂加工试制样品并实验表明:类比于同类减速器,无齿减速器具有传动平稳,承载能力强,传动精度大,大传动比,制作工艺简单等特点.
The paper describes a special application form of cylindrical cam ,which particularity lies in cylindrical cam with multi-circle spiral flow ,makes multiple roller in the meshing state at the same time ,in order to improve the rigidity and bearing capacity of the system .Although the transmission part is statically indeterminate structure ,continuous transmission can be achieved by controlling the clearance (precision) and the elastic deformation of component .On the premise of reasonable trans-mission design ,the mechanism will be used in the industries of reducer .sample processing and experi-ment were carried out in the factory .The results of sample processing and experiment carried out in the factory show that analogy to similar reducer ,gearless reducer has the character of smooth trans-mission ,carrying capacity ,big transmission accuracy ,big transmission ratio and simple production process .
