摘要 控制图已经成为最常用且有效的过程质量控制工具,对设备的零备件利用控制图进行监控,进而对系统因素进行预防,能够大幅降低维修费用。假定设备零备件服从威布尔分布,用最大似然估计法建立联合方程组,计算出威布尔分布的参数。随后以休哈特的极差控制图为基础,构建出威布尔分布下的极差控制图,最后以实例验证该模型的有效性。 Control chart is an effective tool to process quality control, monitoring the spare parts of equipment by con- trol chart is useful to prevent the equipment fault and reduce the maintenance costs. First, assume that the equipment fail- ure density function obeying Weibull distribution, the expected function is calculated, which is the expected average life time of equipment. Second, the maximum likelihood estimation method is established to estimate the density function pa- rameters. Third, the R chart is constructed on the condition of the equipment failure density function obeying Weibull dis- tribution based on the normal control chart. At last, an example is given to verify the validity of the model.
