摘要
我国农村信用体系建设在解决农村信息不对称、增加有效信贷投入方面发挥了积极作用,但同时其建设模式存在工作机制的连续性缺陷、信用工具的市场性缺陷、资源配置的有效性缺陷、信息采集与共享的制度性缺陷。农民合作社市场地位和社会地位决定了农民合作社信用建设是我国农村信用体系建设的核心和基石。从我国实际情况来看,在设计农民合作社信用建设方案时,应重点解决好信用主体培植、信用市场环境建设、信用工具创造、信用信息采集共享等问题。
The construction of China' s rural credit system has played a positive role in solving the rural information asymmetry and increasing the effective credit investment; but in its construction model there are continuity flaws in work mechanism, market-oriented defects in credit instruments, defects in the validity of resource allocation, insti- tutional deficiencies in information collection and sharing. Marketplace and social status of farmers' cooperatives de- termine that credit building for farmers' cooperatives is the core and cornerstone for constructing China' s rural credit system. Seen from China' s actual situation, when designing credit building programs for farmers' cooperatives, it' s necessary to focus on solving such problems as cultivation of credit participators, credit market environment con- struction, credit tools creation, credit information collection and sharing, and so on.
