摘要
目的观察实施结构性心理教育干预对肺癌患者自我感受及心理和谐程度的影响。方法抽取肺癌患者183例作为被试,在入院后完善常规治疗和护理措施的基础上,实施结构性心理教育干预,内容包括健康教育、应激处理、应对技巧、心理支持。并在实施结构性心理教育前后采用自我感受负担量表和自我和谐量表进行测评,数据进行统计学处理。结果实施结构性心理教育干预后,患者的自我感受负担中的身体因素、情感因素、经济因素各维度得分明显降低,较干预前具有非常显著性差异(t=9.014,8.130,5.001;P<0.01);患者的心理和谐各维度得分也均较干预前明显提高,其中自我和谐维度与干预前比较具有非常显著性差异(t=8.024,P<0.001),人际和谐和人事和谐维度得分具有显著性差异(t=6.901,7.510;P<0.01)。结论对肺癌患者实施结构性心理教育干预可有效减轻患者的自我感受负担,促进心理和谐。
Objective To observe they effect of the implementation of structural psychological intervention on seif - perceived burden and psychological harmonl of patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 183 patients with lung cancer patients, on the basis of the routine therapy and nursing measures in after admission, received the implementation of structural psychological intervention, including health education, stress, coping skills, psychological support. Before and after the implementation of structural psychological education they were assessed by sense evaluation burden scale and Self Consistency and congruence Scale, data were statistically treated (t test). Results Aftes the implementation of structural psychological intervention, body factors, emotion factors, economic factors scores were significantly lower than those before intervention (t = 9. 014,8. 130,5. 001;P 〈 0.01 ) ;Patients'psychological harmony scores were also significantly improved compared with that before the intervention, self harmonious dimension( t = 8. 024 P 〈 0. 001 ), interpersonal harmony and personnel harmonious dimension scores with significant difference (t = 6. 901,7. 510;P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The implementation of structural psychological intervention on patients with lung cancer can effectively reduce the self-perceived burden, and promote the psychological harmony.
