基于MSP430单片机的空调过滤网粉尘自动监测系统

摘要 为了对空调过滤网上的粉尘进行有效检测,设计并实现了一种超低功耗的粉尘自动监测系统。该系统由空调过滤网检测模块和中心接收处理模块两部分构成。以MSP430单片机为主控,检测模块通过脉冲驱动HOA2498反射式红外光电传感器对空调过滤网上的粉尘进行差分检测,并利用低噪声AD7794模数转换器将微弱的电压信号放大转换成数字量。中心模块接受数字量后进行分析与处理,并通过液晶显示、声光报警和强制关闭空调等方式给出监测结果。经实际应用,该智能监测系统可以实现对空调过滤网上的粉尘进行实时的监测管理,且成本低,功耗低,具有很强的实用价值。。 In order to effectively detect dust on the air conditioning filter,an ultra-low-power automatic dust monitoring system has been designed and implemented.The system consisted of air conditioning filter detection module and a central receiving and processing module.Taking MSP430 MCU as master control and the detection module utilized HOA2498-003 reflective infrared photoelectric sensor to differentially detect dust on the air conditioning filter by pulse drive,furthermore,taking advantage of low-noise AD7794 ADC to amplify weak voltage signals and convert into digital signals.The central receiver module analyzed and process digital signals,and gave the monitoring results through the LCD,sound and light alarms and forcibly close air conditioning.The debugging shows that the intelligent monitoring system can real-time monitor and manage dust on air conditioning filter.Due to low cost and low power consumption,the system has great practical value.
